About This Service

3C Core's dispute resolution service is provided by independent mediators partnered with our team. This is a facilitative process aimed at reaching voluntary agreement between parties. It does not constitute legal advice or legal representation. Outcomes are only binding where both parties agree in writing.

How The Process Works

  1. Step 1: Both parties submit their case details via the portal
  2. Step 2: 3C Core assigns an independent mediator
  3. Step 3: Mediation sessions arranged (virtual or in-person)
  4. Step 4: Mediator facilitates discussion and helps parties reach agreement
  5. Step 5: If agreed, outcome is documented and signed by both parties
  6. Step 6: Record kept for 6 years in line with our data retention policy
